Campus Rail Jam!

Cricket Campus Rail Jam @ Boise State, 4/16/09.

Here is a little Re-Cap of what went down at the BSU stop of the Cricket Campus Rail Jam. Things got started off a little slow due to not having any snow but once the set up was ready the riders definitely threw down some hammers. Newts team riders AJ Ogden, Jacob St. John, Cameron and Cache St. Pierre, Ben Woodard and Parker Duke, were out in full force hoping to walk away with some free schwag and a ticket to the finals in Portland OR. Newts team had good standing on the podium when the finals came to a close.

Mad props go out Little Cameron St. Pierre taking home 3rd place , a ticket to Finals in Portland and some free schwag. Yeah Buddy!!

If you didn't know how to do a Switch Nose Press you should take notes from AJ Ogden. AJ took home the best trick award for the sickest switch nose press of the day down the kink rail. Proper! Check it!

Big ups go out to the newest Newts Team rider Jacob St. John holding it down with a 5th place finish and a ticket to the finals in Portland. Be sure to check out Jacob at the finals of the PBJ rail jam as well. Kids got steeze! Check it.

The Bogus Rail Style

Even though the slopestyle was postponed due to a scheduling conflict with the Special Olympics Bogus still proved to live up to its reputation. The "slopestyle" became a "rail-style" event with 8 hits to choose from. shredders came and shreadded it up. It was fully shreaded by the time all the shread was shread.

ACTUAL overall standings are: 1st Chris Fowler, 2nd Mike Kunz, 3rd Loren Exon, 4th Pat Miller, 5th Brenton Stark, 6th Cole Chapman. Way to go fellaz, sorry for the mix up.

Chris sleighed the rails with consistancy while Kunz literally murdered a cougar next to the x-box, "way to go Mike!"

I'd like to thank all the contestants in the top 6 for being so awesome about the mix-up. You guys all desurve metals, wait, you got some. ok. well thanks for being cool about it anyway.
